BE AT

PEACE

Money worshiping creates a constant  dissatisfaction in the mind until the next  bought item, followed by unhappiness  again when the status gained from that  purchase wears off - until the next false  rise and disappointment. Keeping up with  the Joneses keeps you nothing but  unhappy.

THE 10 FOUNDING

PRINCIPLES

OF E.M.A.

6. Being Calm

E.M.A. BITES

OF WISDOM

Being Calm and Concentrating on Today:

It is very difficult being calm in a hectic environment, but we only have one pair of hands, so need to use our time wisely. The tortoise always beats the hare.

Be very mindful of the cast-iron fact that people gravitate towards calmness and well away from stress. You can try and fake lake tranquillity as much as you like, but all of us can read subconscious currents of fretfulness. Find every way you can to stay calm all of the time as much as you can, because being calm opens doors. I shall obviously help you with this. There is acceptance, meditation, medication, resolutions, confidence, planning, light exercise, sunshine, laughter and plenty more ways to become content.

You can bet your bottom dollar that your day never turns out all as expected. This is one fundamental strength and observation of EMA working practice: it transforms both neophobic protection and an inability to parallel chaos into a stable model by promoting flexible thinking and actions within real expectations. A good ambition is only healthy if we still enjoy our day-to-day activities. And wallowing in the past means you have lost all creativity. EMA focuses on having a good life today, even as you’re reading this booklet: are you sitting comfortably, did you set aside some time to read and relax or squeeze it into a busy time slot, have you a favourite beverage, is the lighting right, can you see a plant or nature, is the TV off, is the room the right temperature, are you alone and/or in peace?

Blank paper peace.

What the world needs is a lot more love. There are so many lonely and unloved people around that life can seem frightening. Love the ones that love you with everything you've got.

Sometimes you might feel like shouting up to sky or crying to the heavens with the injustice of life. Actually doing so will make you feel better and reinforce a determination to accept unfairness. Unfairness is unavoidable & puts its hand on everyone's shoulder at the wrong time.

What is the soul? It's an unchanging and timeless part of us beyond our comprehension. Happiness comes when you learn how to talk to or just defend your soul.

What the world needs is a lot more love. There are so many lonely and unloved people around that life can seem frightening. Love the ones that love you with everything you've got.

Never forget that everyone makes mistakes. It's called a learning curve. The only big mistake you can make in life is not accepting your faults and rising above them when you get the chance.
